Yahoo is very finicky. Of all the search engines, it seems to be the one that nobody can quite put their finger on as to what makes it tick. I would recommend making sure some of your on-page factors are in tune for Yahoo. Things like Alt attributes and Meta Description (not keywords) can help make your site more legit. From my experience Yahoo is more about the links and the actual build of the site than they are about the content, like Google. Yahoo has also been known to really enjoy those Wiki links, not that I would know

I would also check out some of the other top ranking sites that are on Yahoo for your keywords and see if anything stands out that is present on all these sites.
